Box Turtle Salt & Shaker Set is a sculptural interpretation of the eastern box turtle, translated into a functional pair of hand-built ceramic vessels designed for the table. Created as both a conversation piece and a daily-use object, each turtle is life-size and comfortably fits in the hand. The set functions as a salt and pepper pairing, combining utility with narrative form in a way that invites curiosity at the dining table. Finished in Cacao and Goldenrod shino glazes on red sculpture clay imported from Spain, each set is made with food safe materials.
