William Leighton Leitch was a Scottish landscape watercolor artist and illustrator and was the Drawing Master to Queen Victoria for 22 years. The starkness of this stand-alone Fir Tree is stunning. The use of texture both in the tree and the background is beautiful. Presented under glass in an antiqued thin frame.
