Felled Sycamore Teapot

Felled Oak Teapot© is a sculptural ceramic teapot inspired by the enduring symbolism of the acorn and oak tree, translated into hand-built functional form. Modeled after a felled oak tree, this vessel explores the quiet tension between obsolescence and utility—transforming an object often viewed as useless into one designed for function, ritual, and gathering. Finished in food safe ceramic underglaze and glaze upon sculpture clay imported from Spain, the teapot is intended as both a functional object and a contemplative conversation piece.
